BIRD'S NEST EGGS

1 clove garlic

80g nuts- I like creamy ones like cashews and macadamia

1 tsp savoury yeast flakes

 

Grind up into a smooth paste with a food processor.

Then add

Grate or zoodle some zucchini

Place around a silicon mould

Crack an egg in the center

Bake at 180 for 20 mins.

 

Yes its that simple!

 

You can jazz it all up with herbs or some salt if you like but some days you just need quick and simple!

These are quite transportable and are good hot or cold so a perfect lunch box item or after school snack.
